Maid Match is a community platform that helps families to find great domestic helpers and helps housemaids, nannies and drivers to find great employers. We started Maid Match because finding a housemaid for direct hire can be a complicated and time-consuming job, and we wanted to make the recruitment experience easier for busy families and fairer for helpers.
Through our innovative online portal, we assist families by taking the legwork out of the process of finding a housemaid. Once the family has registered they can quickly and easily see the qualifications, skills and contact information of a wide range of housemaids – all in one place. Employers can quickly compare different skill sets and abilities, create shortlist and initiate contact with prospective helpers. Families also have the option to post a free job advert outlining their requirement and interesting candidates can contact them directly.
We do not, and will never, charge helpers to use our site, enabling them to find their next job for free. Once they have registered on the site they can search through driver or maid jobs posted online or wait for prospective employers to get in touch. Transparency and ease of communication will help them to make the right choice for their next employer. With no agencies involved the decision of where to work and who to work for falls entirely with the maid and the employer. There are no salary deductions for maids and it is an essential part of our ethos that housemaids will never be charged a penny for accessing the site.
With over 500 candidates registered on the site, we are starting to change the in which families find maids in countries such as Dubai, Abu Dhabi, Kuwait and Qatar – and we could not have done this without your help!
